Dr. Rudy Chervil's path into engineering leadership began in the field. He completed a five-year trade apprenticeship through ARPEC Local 725, graduating as valedictorian, before building more than 25 years of engineering and leadership experience across HVAC, refrigeration, and mission-critical infrastructure.
His career has included senior engineering leadership across major HVAC organizations, product development, data center cooling, manufacturing, field service, and organizational transformation. He holds a Doctor of Engineering from George Washington University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Danielle Deterding brings more than two decades of experience in financial management, business operations, government contracting, regulatory compliance, and organizational governance. Her background includes accounting, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, human resources, and the development of financial systems and controls across multiple businesses.
As an entrepreneur and business owner, Danielle has managed complex business operations and multimillion-dollar government contracts. She is Co-Owner of BCL Leasing & Construction, where her responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, payroll, procurement, contract administration, and coordination with federal government contracting professionals. She is also Co-Owner of Buy Rite Services and previously owned and operated Deterding Tax Service and Pond Creek Gym & Tanning.
Danielle also brings significant governance and community leadership experience, including service as President and Board Member of Chisholm Public Schools, where she participated in policy development, strategic planning, superintendent oversight, and approval of annual budgets of approximately $5 million.
She holds an MBA from Baker College and a B.S. in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Danielle is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business at Oklahoma State University, with completion expected in December 2026.
